We want to make sure that your wedding planning experience is the best it can possibly be, so we’ll make sure that your wedding is planned + designed the way you want it to be – and that you’ll have the best dang time while doing so.
From “yes” to “I do”, we’re there. We’ll do the hard yards; reach out to vendors, negotiate, book, and do every nitty gritty piece of paperwork for you. The time you and your partner have as fiancés is precious and limited, and we want to make sure that those moments are spent enjoying your engagement rather than letting it stress you.
Planning a wedding can be daunting + exhausting, but we’ll make sure we take care of the hard bits so you can enjoy every single moment.
We’re involved throughout the entire planning process, with the vendor research, enquiry, negotiation, final bookings, vendor communication + management done by us.
When you book us for full service, you’re booking a planner, a designer, a stylist, and a coordinator – giving you total peace of mind that your wedding is completely covered and in the best hands possible.
Our wedding planning package includes:
- Concept development, including a mood board, design board & custom colour palette to be designed and refined in consultation with you
- Exclusive use of our online wedding planning software, managed by your planner
- Assistance with the research, selection, booking and management of the following vendors & suppliers:
- Venue, photographer, videographer, caterer, furniture hire, set up + staffing costs
- A consultation to assist with the selection + booking of the following vendors & suppliers:
- Florals, decor, linen hire, signage, stationery
- Research + recommendations for the following vendors & suppliers:
- Attire, makeup artists, hair stylists,
- Assistance with the organization of all wedding-related appointments such as site visits, tastings,
interviews and meetings and attendance with you at these meetings, where requested - Management of your wedding budget & all contracts
- Fortnightly check-ins via email or phone & meetings every month in person with you
- Attendance at wedding rehearsal (for up to 1.5 hours)
- Pre-wedding anxiety management session with Teresa at With Intent Wellness
- A personalized run sheet distributed to all suppliers, bridal parties and other key members at your request.
- Unlimited styling hours
- Full day of coordination (up to 10 hours) and associated services
